Leveraging Educational Technologies for Human Capital Sustainability: A Case Study of the Assaluyeh Oilfield's Workforce Training Initiatives

چکیده :

This study examines the integration of educational technologies in workforce training initiatives at the Assaluyeh Oilfield, focusing on enhancing human capital sustainability. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research quantitatively assesses training effectiveness, skill enhancement, and job performance metrics through pre- and post-training evaluations of 322 employees. Key findings reveal significant improvements in perceived training effectiveness (from 3.2 to 4.4), skill enhancement (from 2.9 to 4.5), and job performance (from 3.5 to 4.3), with robust statistical significance (p < 0.01). Qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews and focus groups with trainers and trainees underscore the transformative impact of e-learning platforms and interactive simulations on employee engagement and competency development. The results highlight the necessity for ongoing investment in educational technologies to develop a skilled workforce capable of meeting industry demands. This research provides actionable recommendations for policy implementation aimed at fostering sustainable human capital development in the oil and gas sector.
